Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum in Natick, Massachusetts. This ongoing staff position covers nights and offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility.

Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school; licensure and CPR certification required. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy CPR

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff and coordinate patient care per nursing process.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
• Respond to emergencies per hospital policy.
