Job summary

Banner – University Medical Center Tucson is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide care to laboring and postpartum patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary obstetric team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The assignment runs October 12, 2026 through January 9, 2027, with 36 hours per week and 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shifts. Travel nurses may float to postpartum or antepartum as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience.
• Active RN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• May float to Postpartum or Antepartum to assist when necessary.
• Strong Labor & Delivery clinical experience.
• Navy warm-up jacket.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to laboring and postpartum patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary obstetric team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Meet daily patient care needs and support the obstetric team during labor, delivery and postpartum periods.
