Woodland Heights Medical Center in East Texas is seeking an RN PRN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across units. As a critical member of our nursing team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and uphold safety and infection control standards.

Qualificações

• RN license in good standing (state licensure) required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• 0–2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per policy and nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings accurately; report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor for side effects and safety.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain infection control protocols and safe environment; adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support obstetrics/NICU duties as assigned and provide compassionate care.
