  • Coordinates treatment plans; develops/implements discharge and/or transfer plans.
  • Direct/coordinate nursing care in accordance with professional nursing practice standards.
  • Performs other duties assigned by Department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.

Job description

Our Labor and Delivery Unit was designed exclusively for new moms and babies. Woman’S has delivered more than 320,000 babies since our inception in 1968, but we still treat every birth as unique and special. Our patient rooms, designed by nurses, offer a home-like setting along with the assurance of having the most advanced technology available. A typical obstetrical patient includes antepartum, observation, outpatient testing, circulating cesarean deliveries, triage and laboring patients who are minimal to high-risk.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required

Hours

Full-time; Non-exempt Nights; Minimum of 36 hours per week, including weekend requirements

Pay

$30.49 - $48.78 plus applicable shift differentials
