Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit. This full-time entry-level position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout their lifecycle, as well as assessing, planning, and coordinating care with staff. Candidates must have a Georgia nursing license or NLC/eNLC license and BLS certification. New graduates are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.

He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
