Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality patient care during the night shift, coordinating the plan of care and collaborating with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, supervising patient care staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. On-call shifts are required to support the unit’s needs.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable RN experience.
• BLS, RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program, NURSYS verification.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of patients and consult with the health care team.
• Supervise other patient care staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
