Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts. You will monitor conditions, administer treatments, and adapt care plans to achieve optimal outcomes within a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree from a Board-approved program, NC RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Previous Labor and Delivery experience.
Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges in the state(s) where practicing.
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality and safety; maintain documentation and support communication.
