Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: KY license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• NRP within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient conditions to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implement and modify plan of care with assessment data, education, and discharge planning; coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver care while preserving patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in line with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.
