Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed in KY.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient conditions and determines care needs.
• Performs assessments and analyzes problems using critical decisioning.
• Implements and adjusts the plan of care with education and discharge planning.
• Maintains patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Monitors progress toward expected outcomes.
