Job summary

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Labor & Delivery RN to provide high-quality, individualized patient care using the nursing process. Reports to the Clinical Nurse Director and participates in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has ADN, with BSN preferred, 1 year of L&D experience, strong written/verbal communication, and EHR proficiency. Must enjoy teamwork in a hospital setting and be able to work in a union environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ADN program.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of obstetrical procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in a union environment.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Director and support daily operations.
• Provide high-quality, individualized care during shifts.
