Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team in Keene, NH. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important times in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery, with experience in Postpartum and Mother/Baby care. You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout the childbirth process and ensuring positive outcomes for both mother and child.

Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
* Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, identifying and responding to complications
* Administer medications and assist with labor-inducing procedures
* Educate mothers and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care
* Conduct routine postpartum assessments and document findings accurately in Epic EMR
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care
* Maintain a nurturing, patient-focused environment

Requirements
* Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State
* Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience – Required
* Experience in Postpartum and Mother/Baby care – Required
* Proficiency in Epic EMR – Required
* Current ACLS certification – Required
* AWHONN certification within the last 3 years – Preferred

Certifications Required
* NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
* BLS (Basic Life Support)
