Labor and Delivery
Our Labor and Delivery unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Labor and Delivery leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.
Patient Population: OB patients >20 weeks gestation
Patient Ratios: 1:2 (L&D); 1:2-3 (OB Triage- contingent on OB patient acuity, phase of care and census)
Number of Beds: 10 L&D rooms, 2 OB Triage
Department Specifics: Fast-paced, positive teamwork, collaboration intra and interdisciplinary, good communication, accountable, flexible, open minded to problem solve in patient care, supportive of a culture of safety.
