RN - Labor And Delivery at Swedish Issaquah

Full‑time (36‑hour week) with 12‑hour nights. A $10,000 hiring bonus is available for eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions.

Overview

As a dedicated RN on the Labor & Delivery unit, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world‑class care with a human touch, supporting mothers, babies, and families through each moment of birth.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• Provider NRP certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $48.85–$89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
