Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health, at the Marble Falls location, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care using the BSWH practice model. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in a 24x7 staffed setting, across inpatient and outpatient areas including GI Lab, Pain Management, Dialysis, Infusion Centers and IV services.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license and BLS required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in hospital inpatient/outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care with health care team and departments.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate staff and ensure timely follow-up.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care across shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Texas Nursing Practice Act.
