Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in the Labor & Delivery unit at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital in Sweetwater, TX. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care, monitor labor progression, and manage postpartum care while ensuring a high standard of patient safety and comfort.

This role requires at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. The assignment duration is 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Experience in postpartum and newborn care is essential.
• Independent work capability in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $52 – $54/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,872 – $1,944/week (36 hrs/week)

Job Summary

Requirements

Active RN license (TX or compact eligible)

Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience preferred

Strong experience in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care

Ability to work independently on night shifts in acute care setting
