This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a focus on supporting labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You7ll be assisting with sterile speculum exams, fetal monitoring using both external and internal devices, and providing breastfeeding and lactation support. The unit operates on a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, and you7ll have the chance to float to assist other units as needed. This position requires at least 2 years of LDRP experience, and familiarity with labor-specific certifications such as BLS, NRP, and AWHONN is essential.
