As a cross-trained nurse between OB and nursery units, you’ll assist with call lights and help the team during high census months, without on-call duties.

Join a dedicated team in Beatrice, Nebraska, as a labor and delivery (L&D) and postpartum nurse on a 12-hour night shift. This role involves providing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery for approximately 30 deliveries each month. You will work in a setting where 1:1 staffing during labor is expected, with manageable postpartum ratios of up to 3:1. The hospital provides teal scrubs and employs Paragon, Obix, and Epic charting systems to streamline documentation. As a cross-trained nurse, you’ll juggle responsibilities between OB and nursery units, assisting with call lights and supporting the team in high census months without the burden of on-call duties.
