Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is hiring a part-time Triage RN for our Nampa Star and Emerald Clinic locations. You will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers, administer medications, educate patients, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will mentor staff and ensure a safe, compassionate care environment. Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Idaho RN license, and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to make decisions in stressful situations while delivering patient-centered care.

Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: We are looking to hire a Triage RN in Nampa at our Star and Emerald Clinic's! As Nurse in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player. Schedule: Coverage includes Star on Monday's and Emerald on Thursday's

General Requirements

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

Education

• An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

License/Certification

• Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date. Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
