Hydration Room is hiring RNs for per diem shifts across San Ramon, Alamo, and Berkeley locations, with on-call and mobile IV shifts. Base pay is $57/hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $67/hour for six months through a pay guarantee program.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• BSN or nursing diploma is required.

• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient with charting systems and scheduling software.

The details

• Schedule: per diem position with 2 scheduling options: 1) provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month; 2) provide 4 weekend days of availability per month. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required


• BSN or diploma in nursing


• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present


• Two years of related experience preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures


• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software


• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills


• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer


• Must be able to traverse the entire facility


• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
