Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a registered nurse to join our opening Southern California clinic. Administer IV vitamin therapy and injections while delivering an exceptional patient experience in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside and nearby locations.

This full‑time role offers a $48/hour base with guaranteed earnings up to $58/hour for the first six months, plus paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for leadership as the clinic grows.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. You will work 4-5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift), with 3 weekend shifts required per month. You will submit 4 days of unavailability per month.

Locations You’ll Cover

Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, Solana Beach clinic locations plus occasional on‑call and Mobile IV shifts.

• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.

• Schedule: Full‑time. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Three weekend shifts each month.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in‑patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
