Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in state(s) where services are provided.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/virtual modalities require state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage in professional governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol; provide patient and family education.
