Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing care.
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
