Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• Texas RN license and BLS certification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform and document physical, psychosocial and emotional patient assessments.
• Develop and adjust plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Prioritize nursing interventions based on assessment and condition changes.
• Educate patients and families and document discharge planning.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards and safety procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
