Atrius Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (MNA) for Internal Medicine at the Watertown site. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support patients through education and proactive management.

You will follow RN protocols, perform clinical procedures, manage medicines, and document care in the EMR. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Formación

• Graduate of a State‑approved school of nursing.
• Current MA nursing license.
• BLS certification.
• Proven to be up to date with nursing care standards in specialty.
• EMR experience and aptitude to learn EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families; educate and manage care transitions.
• Deliver patient care and follow RN protocols; administer medications and manage chronic disease.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and manage acute conditions; document in EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvements and mentor nursing staff.
