Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinating and implementing individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.
Communicating clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.
Providing patient and family education tailored to their specific needs.
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.
Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
