The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing, an active RN license, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS; CCRN is a plus. Per diem shifts and comprehensive patient care are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of ICU nursing experience (floating not included).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS with CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Provide ventilator support and manage respiratory care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical changes.

The RN Intensive Care Unit nurse provides specialized care for critically ill patients within a medium-sized ICU team. Reporting to the ICU Nurse Manager, this role involves continuous patient monitoring, ventilator support, medication administration, and emergency response across varying shifts including nights, days, and weekends. The nurse ensures comprehensive care planning, accurate documentation using standard hospital systems, and effective communication with both the care team and patients’ families.
