CSO is looking for a Registered Nurse to be an Integrated Care Supervisor at our clinic. Join our team as an Integrated Care Supervisor. Provide direct care as well as supervision and leadership to program staff related to integrated care within and across programs. This role will assist with the development of a wellness curriculum and associated wellness groups. You'll provide clinical screening, evaluation, monitoring and education in a clinic and community setting.
