Blue Cliff College in New York is seeking an Instructor Allied Health licensed RN to teach Home Health Aide and Nursing Assistant courses. This role emphasizes classroom instruction over clinical practice, with a focus on BPSS guidelines and student progress.

Part-time schedules are available (Sat/Sun 9am-4pm or Mon-Thu 9am-4pm). Full-time options may arise with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k). This is a supportive, mom-and-pop style environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible for NY BPSS teaching licensure.
• At least 2 years of nursing or teaching-related experience.
• Patient-focused with strong paperwork skills.
• Team player who can adapt to classroom settings.
• Willing to gain NY BPSS licensure as required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor students from the approved BPSS curriculum in Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) subjects.
• Keep immaculate records for each student.
• Collaborate with the Director of Education and the Director of Student Services.
• Provide compassionate instruction and adapt to different learning levels.
