Qualifikationen

• Provide students with industry-recognized instruction and training
• Develop and prepare lessons; recommend curricular changes and supplemental materials
• Administer and correct tests; log and maintain progress and attendance
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds and learning styles
• Manage the classroom by tutoring, coaching, evaluating, and assisting each student as needed
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits
• Evaluate and supervise students in an on-the-job training experience
• Participate in providing hands-on activities for students in the career preparation program
