Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care with other departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while upholding Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program and an active RN license (Missouri or compact). BLS is required, with possible ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification or plan to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care by other direct caregivers.
