Job summary

Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Lifepoint Health network, located in Gainesville, GA. We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night shift team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, and other complex injuries.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, accurate documentation, and participation in care planning and quality

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license; PSOR update if relocating.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Documents medical necessity in the medical record.
• Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
