Job summary

Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital in Hartford, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient rehabilitation on the night shift. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, and monitor for complications while supporting mobility and activities of daily living.

The role requires a valid CT RN license, 2+ years in rehab/ortho/med-surg in an acute inpatient setting; a BSN is preferred. BLS/CPR certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN license in Connecticut (CT).
• BSN preferred; two or more years of rehab/ortho/med-surg in acute inpatient setting.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management interventions; monitor for complications and respond to emergencies.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living to promote functional independence.
