Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking RN nurses to provide high-quality bedside care in a fast-paced med/surg setting. You will work with nursing leaders to advance the organization, developing the necessary skills and tools for success throughout your career.

The role features rotating day/night shifts, full-time schedule, and a sign-on bonus; you will join a team committed to compassionate care and professional growth within a not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA degrees accepted.
• Unencumbered RN license is required where the practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients through preventive services, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.

Pay Info: $20,000 sign on bonus available to eligible candidates!

Department Details

• Work a rotating day/night schedule with every third weekend and two holidays a year required.
• Perform the comprehensive bedside care of a typical med/surg nurse.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
