Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. You will plan, coordinate, and implement nursing interventions, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Applicants should graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an unencumbered RN license in the state, and may have multistate licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license where practice is occurring; multistate licensure may apply (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
