Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a dedicated registered nurse (RN) to join our Marsh Med Ctr team. This full-time night shift role involves coordinating patient care, collaborating with physicians, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing interventions.

Qualified candidates will have graduate from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license in the state, and ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs, or a multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
