Job summary

Sanford Health in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care/Med Surg team. The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care within a team-based, supportive environment.

New grads are welcome. The role offers varied 12-hour day or night shifts, with every third weekend in a block schedule. ADN or BSN pathways with licensure are required. Flex positions include a 5% wage premium and full-time benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or multistate licensure privileges.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP or other department-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.

Current licensure with the applicable state nursing board and/or possess multistate licensure privileges as required by position. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, etc.).
