Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests and anticipating patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
