Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with varied needs. You will gather patient histories, develop care plans, document progress, and educate patients and families about the plan of care.

Requirements include RN licensure in NH, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise delegated tasks, and participate in aftercare planning.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• One year prior clinical nursing experience.
• Experience working effectively with patients, care providers, and the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work with exposure to pathogens, bodily fluids, airborne contaminants, chemotherapeutic agents, electrical hazards, moving mechanical parts, heat or cold, slippery surfaces, and toxic or caustic chemicals
