Job summary

The Sanford Health RN position is night-shift, 12-hour shifts, with a 36-hour week in Bismarck, ND. You will apply the nursing process to provide individualized patient care and collaborate with a motivated team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

We seek compassionate, detail-oriented nurses who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment, with strong time-management, communication, and critical-thinking skills. A residency and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license in state or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

• The position requires you work nights. Every other weekend and 2 holidays a year are required.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certificates.
