Sanford Health in Weston, WI, is seeking an experienced RN for the Marsh Med Ctr Weston CVOR team. The role requires OR experience and an active RN license, with a preferred Bachelor’s in nursing.

You will participate in a weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes when on call. Join a cardiovascular surgical care team and provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; multistate licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care

Bring your Operating Room expertise to a highly specialized CVOR team. Join a collaborative group of surgical professionals caring for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures.

We're looking for an experienced RN with at least two years of OR experience who is ready to expand their skills and make a meaningful impact in cardiovascular surgical care.

Candidates must be willing to participate in a weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation and maintain a 30-minute response time when assigned on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
