Sanford Health in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Behavioral Health team on a PRN basis. The role involves planning and coordinating patient care with a focus on quality and family-centered support in a fast-paced environment.

New grads are welcome, with opportunities to develop skills, work with nursing leaders, and advance within the organization. Shifts include 12-hour rotations with differential pay for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
