Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our One North behavioral health unit in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment in Billingsley. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassionate communication, and leadership in creating the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or crisis setting preferred.

Responsibilities
