Job summary

Pure Infusion Suites is seeking an RN Infusion Nurse to support doctors and patients with IV therapy and related care across clinic locations. You will administer biologics and infusion treatments, educate patients, and collaborate with office staff to optimize care delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of nursing experience, current RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. This role involves travel to other location(s) as needed and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, as well as appropriate patient education
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
• Establish PIV access
• Access PIV & Ports
• Medication preparation (Mixing) and Medication administration
• Triage infusion patient inquiries
• Ability to travel to other location(s) on occasion
• Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care
• Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties

Position Summary

As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion Suites, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements

• RN Degree, BSN Preferred
• Current nursing license for applicable state
