Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals. You will perform IV Drip and IM injections, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and utilize blood test offerings to support client wellness in a dynamic, non-traditional clinical setting.

You will educate clients on therapies, document visits in EMR, and communicate with the medical compliance team. A supportive, fun environment emphasizes ethics, teamwork, and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience administering injections (IM/IV).
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy, IM injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy per service menu.
• Educate clients on IV and injection therapies and benefits.
• Document visits in EMR accurately and promptly.
• Promote memberships and services based on client need.
• Provide exceptional customer service and therapeutic communication.
