Qualifications

RN Infusion Liaison- Providence Home Services Oregon


Schedule: Full Time/ Days


Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

Required qualifications:



  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

  • upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Or Washington Registered Nurse License.

  • within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.


Preferred qualifications:



  • 1 year Experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.

About the Team


Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.


HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
