What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care in a licensed assisted living setting.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health status and coordinate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Partner with physicians, caregivers, and family members to support overall wellness.
• Supervise and guide team members including LPNs and care staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio (required).
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• A team-first attitude with a focus on compassion and quality care.
