Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in the Portland area is seeking a qualified In-Patient Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts. The RN will join the interdisciplinary care team, handling admissions, assessments, discharges and pronouncements to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements include Texas RN license and strong communication skills. Experience in Hospice or Home Health is preferred, along with a clean background and drug screen. Rotating weekly 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years' RN experience preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Admit and coordinate care for each patient and family.
