This position is typically an 8-week assignment. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting team members; ensuring quality patient outcomes; respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity; and supporting departmental goals.

Job duties involve adapting to patient populations, utilizing the Nursing Process, assessing learning needs, managing team resources, evaluating data for outcomes, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with laws and standards, ensuring safety, and supporting the organization’s ethics and privacy policies.
This role involves physical demands such as exerting force, exposure to blood and body fluids, and potential occupational risks related to infectious and hazardous materials.
