You will act as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, advocating for patients, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
