Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient-centered care within the Greater Manchester Region.

You will coordinate diverse care teams, communicate changes in patient status, and ensure age-appropriate care across the life span while supporting professional nursing practice. Qualifications include CT RN licensure, ACLS/BCLS certification, and CCU/ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with current CT licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required upon hire or within orientation.
• Emergency and/or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient clinical status promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care across the life span.
• Promote the profession of nursing and support fellow staff; report to Clinical Nurse Manager.
